The CANADIAN PROVINCIAL Service Dog Certificate provides official legal recognition for home-trained service dogs. It is designed for individuals who have trained their dog to assist with specific disabilities and require proof for public access and housing protections within their home province.
Browsing our store is open to you at any time, but please note that equipment will only be shipped once you have finalized your service dog application and submitted a complete home training log. Fulfillment requires a fully approved and verified certification.
Standard certification is priced at a one-time fee of $149 CANADA, covering the expert review and physical package. These certificates are valid for 2 years and can be renewed with an updated service dog form.
